Fish to Collect Amazing Prizes and Fortune Coins!
Getting started is easy!
1. Teleport to the Starlit Secrets Fishing Area, then walk toward the center and slightly to the left to find the Fish Here! shop. Click the sign to pick up your fishing kit. It is delivered in a folder with a Fortune Fishing HUD and a Wooden Fishing Rod.
2. Wear the HUD and Fishing Rod and find a spot near the water to fish. You can fish all around the perimeter of the water.
3. When you attach the Fishing Rod for the first time, it comes preloaded with a one-time starter supply of 25 Bait. Click the fishing hook icon on your HUD to cast your line. Each cast uses 1 Bait.
5. A completed cast will give you Fortune Points for leveling and Fishing Rod level progress.
6. Each completed cast also brings a chance to reel in something special!
You could discover a RARE Fortune Coin, an Epic, Legendary, Mid-Tier, or Common prize, or your hook might just come back empty!
Fishing Rods & Progression
Each Cast of your Fortune Fishing Rod earns you Fortune Points with Rod Level Progression.
The Fortunekeeper’s Rod is the Unlimited Exclusive and is available to grab at the Fish Here shop. (Remember to wear your tag!)
Level 10 – Traveler Rod
Level 20 – Moonlit Rod
Level 30 – Starlight Rod
Level 40 – Celestial Rod
Level 50 – Crystal Rod
All rods come with a fishing and an accessory version.
Bait & Bait Buckets
Each day you can collect FREE Bait by visiting the Bait shop!
Each day you go to the Fishing area, you will receive:
MadPeas Group: 3 bait per day
Unlimited Group: 5 bait per day
(Bait resets at Midnight SLT)
Visit on consecutive days to collect extra bait for up to 5 days, but if you miss a day, your streak will break, and you start back at 3 per day.
You can also purchase bait from the Bait Shop, up to 100 bait at a time.*
*Giftcard & Store Credit can not be used to purchase bait.
Earn Fortune Points & Level Up!
Earn Fortune Points & Level Up!
Every time you cast your fishing rod, you’ll earn Fortune Points, whether you reel in a catch or not!
As your Fortune Points add up, you’ll advance through the levels and unlock new fishing rods at select milestones. The more you fish, the more rewards you’ll have the chance to collect along the way!
To check your current Fortune Points and level, click the gear button on the left side of your HUD.
You can also view and track your achievements through the MadPea Player Portal.

Catch Prizes!
All Catch Prizes are transferable, tradable, and sellable.
Rare Catch Fortune Coins
Fortune Coins are a RARE catch prize that you can redeem to collect Collaborator Prizes. You can also trade or sell them to others.
When you are ready to redeem your Fortune Coins, take them to the Fortune Coin Exchange in the fishing area, then rez the coins.
The coins will register to you. Pick them back up, or you can choose redeem them. (Choosing redeem will make the coins disappear, and you won’t be able to trade or sell them)
Once you have redeemed 10 Fortune Coins, you can exchange them for a collaborator prize!
